Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker - What It Is

TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

That last detail matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

What You Trade On

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That would make the platform set when it lands.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Works for beginners.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is the area where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Here is the detail that requires honesty. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. But be part of your decision.

What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal works depends on you.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit.

The complete breakdown, including regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the bonus more info terms, is at TradeTheDay.
